| LessonObservation | Tutor (after each session) | Engagement level, confidence rating, misconceptions identified, teaching strategies used, topics covered, homework set, and free-text notes. |
| LearningStyleSnapshot | Admin (periodically) | Child's learning preferences (visual/auditory/kinesthetic), attention span, motivation triggers, preferred feedback style, and recommended approaches. |
| ParentProgressReview | Admin (periodically) | Summary of progress since last review, areas of improvement, areas needing attention, recommended next steps, and coordinator commentary. |
Visibility Rules
